What we collect
When you complete the AI Readiness Assessment, we collect:
- — Your name — to address your results email
- — Work email address — to send you your toolkit and results
- — Company name — to reference in your results email
- — Sector and business size — to provide relevant sector context in your results
- — Quiz answers — to calculate your AI readiness score
We don't collect payment information, sensitive personal data, or anything not listed above.
Why we collect it
We use your data to:
- — Email you a results summary and a link to download the free AI Readiness Toolkit
- — Follow up with relevant content about AI for Irish businesses — we may send occasional emails, and you can unsubscribe any time
- — Improve the assessment by analysing aggregated, anonymised results
Our legal basis for processing is legitimate interest — you've asked us for something and we're delivering it, along with follow-up that's directly relevant to that request.
Who we share it with
We share your data with two service providers:
Resend
Email delivery service. We send your name, email address, and results summary to Resend solely to deliver your toolkit email. Resend does not use this data for any other purpose.
Formspree
Form processing service. Your submission details are stored via Formspree to help us follow up and improve the assessment. Formspree does not use this data for third-party marketing.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with data brokers, advertising networks, or third-party marketing platforms.
How long we keep it
We keep your data for 2 years from the date you completed the assessment, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. After that, it's gone.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Request a copy of everything we hold about you
Rectification
Ask us to correct inaccurate data
Erasure
Ask us to delete your data entirely
Portability
Receive your data in a portable format
Objection
Object to us processing your data
Restriction
Ask us to limit how we use your data
